from the moment your order is received. These orders are billed daily and shipped U.P.S.
Rush orders are invoiced at no discount and are delivered earlier than
regular orders. Next Day and 2nd Day rush service is available at additional cost.
Paperback Binding
Charges: $4.95 per book for Texmount or
Vinabind. Please allow up to 45 additional days for delivery. Kapco covers are also
available at $1.50 or $2.25 per book. Bindery and Kapco books are invoiced
at no discount.
Service Charges: When our cost of acquiring an item exceeds the publisher's list
price, a service charge of $5.00 or 20% (whichever is greater) up to a maximum of $9.00 is
added to our cost. Typically, service charges are required for non-print material
and publications from non-commercial sources where we receive little or no discount.
Standing Orders: 0 -13% discount.
