Textmount@ or Vinabind@. Please allow up to 30 additional days for delivery. Kapco@ covers
are also available at $2.50 per book. Bindery and Kapco books are invoiced at
no discount.
Service Charges: When our cost of acquiring an item
exceeds the publisher’s list price, a service charge of $7.00 or 20% (whichever is
greater) up to a maximum of $15.00 is added to our cost. Typically, service charges are
required for non-print material and publications from non-commercial sources where we
receive little or no discount.
